REVISION POLICY
Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients can request unlimited free amendments, and we will revise their marketing strategy or deliverables at no extra charge, provided that the core concept and direction remain intact. The revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.

REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy does not apply under the following circumstances:
- You choose a discounted coupon
- You select a promo or special service package
- You have approved the initial marketing strategy or plan
- You have requested revisions
- You cancel the order for reasons unrelated to Xpert Brand Solution's marketing services and policies
- You have not contacted Xpert Brand Solution for more than two weeks since the project began
- You violate Xpert Brand Solution's terms & conditions or privacy policy
- You approach another service provider or freelancer for the same marketing project
- You provide an incomplete project brief
- You demand a change in the strategy concept after approval
- You exceed the maximum time allowed to request a refund
- You have other reasons, such as a change of mind or internal disputes
- You have approved the deliverables
- You have accepted multiple revisions for any service
- If you ordered a bundle service but are dissatisfied with a specific service, the refund can only be claimed for that service, not the entire bundle
- You fail to provide the initial project brief within 10 days of order placement

We will attempt to resolve your concern in line with our revision policy immediately. Otherwise, we will email you a refund approval from our refund department. After a refund is processed, the rights to any marketing material or strategy will be transferred to Xpert Brand Solution, and you will not legally be allowed to display or use any version of it.
ALL REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS:
- If the request for a refund is made before the marketing strategy delivery, you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
- If the request for a refund is made between 48-120 hours of strategy delivery, you are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
- No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your strategy delivery. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, so please contact us if you have concerns.
